- 3 tablespoon extra-virgin olive oil
- 1 tablespoon pure maple syrup
- ¼ tablespoon cayenne pepper
- First of all, preheat your oven at 400℉.
- To drain the chickpeas, lay them on a paper towel.
- Once drained, remove the chickpeas and make them for seasoning.
- In order to season the chickpeas, toss them on a baking sheet with ½ tablespoon salt and 1 tablespoon oil.
- Roast the chickpeas for around 30-40 minutes. Make sure you toss them halfway.
- In the meantime, take a small bowl and toss pumpkin seeds, orange zest, cayenne, maple syrup, rosemary, ½ tablespoon salt, and 2 tablespoon oil in the bowl.
- After 30-40 minutes, get back the chickpeas from the oven and add the pumpkin seed mixture to it. Then, toss to coat well.
- Keep roasting them until the pumpkin seeds look pale green and the orange zest is shriveled. It should take only 5 minutes.

- Coconut oil spray

- 2 tablespoons peanut butter
- ½ cup cocoa powder (unsweetened)
- ½ tablespoon baking powder
- ½ cup almond flour or oat flour
- First thing first, preheat your oven at 350℉.
- Take only the wet ingredients (except peanut butter) in a bowl.
- Take a separate bowl where you can combine all the dry ingredients.
- Next, mix the wet and dry ingredients into one bowl.

- 4 medium-sized very ripe bananas, peeled plus mashed

- 2 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- ½ cup chopped toasted walnuts
- 1 cup dark brown sugar
- A 9×5” loaf pan (special equipment)
- 1 tablespoon baking powder
- As with previous recipes, preheat your oven at 350℉ first.
- Use butter to grease the loaf pan. Also, dust it with flour, don’t forget to tap out any excess.
- Mix sour cream, banana, and vanilla in a bowl.
- Take a separate bowl and combine salt, flour, baking powder, and baking soda in it.
- Now, get another large bowl and beat brown sugar and butter in it. For beating purposes, use an electric beater at medium speed. And, continue beating to let the ingredients become light and fluffy. It will take around 3 or 4 minutes.
- Add one egg at once and beat until it’s completely combined, it should take 30 seconds.
- Separate the dry ingredients in 2 batches and add one at a time to beat with other ingredients. Take 20 seconds for each batch.
- Transfer the mixture to a prepared pan. Use a spatula to smooth the top.
- Bake until the batter is set (rotate halfway through) and the top looks dark golden brown. Baking would take around 60 to 65 minutes.
- After that, cool the loaf in a pan for at least 15 minutes.

- ⅓ cup mild honey
- 2 large egg whites
- Take a rack in the middle of your oven and preheat the oven at 350℉.
- Grab your baking pan and coat it lightly with oil. Also, line the sides and bottom with parchment.
- Now, it’s toasting time! Get a 4-sided sheet pan and toast the almonds in it for 6-9 minutes. In this time, they should become pale golden.

- ½ tablespoon kosher salt
- First thing first, preheat your oven at 325℉.
- Take a rimmed baking sheet and toss pumpkin seeds, almonds, oats, pecans, coconut, oil, and salt on it.
- Bake the ingredients (toss halfway) for 10-12 minutes. At this time, coconut should appear in golden color and the mixture should be fragrant.
- Let it cool once the baking is done.
- In a large bowl, whisk the egg whites. Continue whisking until they are foamy.

- 7 oz frozen peaches
- 7 oz frozen raspberries
- 1 tsp orange zest (finely grated)
- Start with collecting fruit juice. To do so, thaw the fruits in a strainer. Let the excess juices run out.
- Now, preheat your oven to 175℉.
- Grab a baking tray and line it with a Silpat.
- Puree all the fruits along with orange zest and make it smooth.
- Lay the puree over the Silpat.
- Bake this until you see them become dry. However, they should be dried and pliable at the same time. The baking should take around 4-5 hours.
- Wait until the fruit leather is cool. Then, peel it off and carefully slice it into pieces.
